How much is delivery?
Your order will generally take between 1-3 working days to be manufacturerd. Delivery within UK mainland is FREE and is a 24 hour courier tracked service as standard. For all our European and international shipping prices please see below. If a shipping service for your destination does not display upon checkout please feel free to get in contact with us and a member of our team can make shipping arrangements for you.
How are my good delivered?
We deliver all our products using a network of major UK couriers. All goods are fully trackable and insured for damages during transit. Please note that remote areas of the UK can take longer to deliver to then the standard 24 hours specified.
Do you ship internationally?
We have a network of international couriers who deliver our products worldwide, please see table of rates below.
Additional Taxes & Duties?
This all depends on where you are ordering your products from. Generally only countries outside of the EC incur taxes or boarder control tax. Customers ordering from these areas are advised to check before ordering. (We are obliged to make a mention about additional taxes although we are yet to have a customer report additional taxes on a purchase to us)

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Here at Canvas 101 we want all our customers to be happy with the purchase they are making, that is why we offer a 7 day money back guarantee, excluding the cost of postage. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 day of receipt in its original package. All returned goods will inspected by our returns department and refunds issued within 3-5 days from receipt of goods. Please note all returned goods are subject to a 25% handling charge. When purchasing from Canvas101 you agree to these terms and conditions.
If you wish to cancel an order you must contact canvas101 within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders cannot be cancelled after the initial 24 hour stage as your order will be in the manufacturing stages. Once orders have been sent through to production no cancellations can be made.
Customers are advised that refunds are not offered on the following services as these are not re saleable goods; Your photo on Canvas, Your Photo on MDF block Mounts, Designer effects on canvas, Your photos on foam board, photos on Perspex and Photo montages. Unless your purchase on any of the above services is from our gallery range we do not offer any kind of refund unless your goods are physically damaged upon delivery on which case we ask you not to sign for them. Any claims believed to be fraudulent will be dismissed immediately and no refunds or exchanges offered.
