Shipping
Here at Canvas101 we loving package each and every canvas we send out. All our canvases are packed in there very own custom made art boxes. Each canvas is securely wrapped in two layers of bubble wrapped and carefully packed to avoid and damage whilst in transit to yourself. We believe your canvas should reach you in the same condition it left our studio. Damages are extremely rare and to date we have had less then 1% of our total shipping returned to us due to damages.
Packaging
Here at Canvas101 we tend to use two main methods of delivery;Customers purchasing box canvases are reminded to allow between 5-7 working days (Not including weekends) for delivery. All canvases are made to order we don't mass produce canvases. Every Canvas is made to the highest quality upon order. If for whatever reason you require your canvas early, contact us at info@canvas101.co.uk and we will try to accommodate your request.
Smaller items such as non framed canvases and photographic prints are often sent out the same day.
Please note, if for any reason you happen to miss your package INITIAL CITY-LINK will drop a card through your door. You will need to contact them in order to rearrange delivery. If you fail to contact Initial city link within 48hrs of receiving your missed parcel card, your item will be sent back to us in which case you will be charged the return costs and the cost for us to resend it out to you again.
As a customer of Canvas101 it is your responsibility to make sure you make arrangements in order to have someone available on your expected time of delivery. If you require your parcel to be delivered elsewhere or at another address please contact us after placing your order. Please be aware that all parcels will require a signature. Parcels sent to addresses other then that of your eBay registered address are done at your own risk
Returns
Items are sold as best quality, unless stated otherwise, and are as per the description and any images displayed. Should the item not match its description then we will either replace the item, subject to availability, or make a full refund.
